Do you charge a call-out fee?

Diagnostic visit is AED 150 during the day, AED 250 after hours. It is absorbed into the repair cost if you proceed. Maintenance contract customers pay no call-out.
How much does AC repair cost?

Common repairs range AED 200–700 depending on the fault. We quote a fixed price in writing after the on-site diagnostic — no work starts until you sign off.
Will you diagnose without charging if I do not want the repair?

The AED 150 diagnostic fee is payable whether or not you proceed. If you do proceed with the repair, the AED 150 is absorbed into the repair cost.
Do you provide written quotes?

Every diagnostic ends with a written quote on our service tablet, emailed to you on the spot. No work starts until you approve.
What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, card (Visa/Mastercard), bank transfer, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. Invoicing is available for corporate and building-management accounts.
Emergency dispatch
How fast can you reach me in Dubai Marina?

Target dispatch in Dubai Marina is around 38 minutes. The under-60-min priority tier guarantees a sub-60-min arrival or the call-out fee is waived.
Do you work on Fridays and public holidays?

Yes. Our dispatch line is 24/7, 365 days. There is no Friday surcharge, but after-hours rates apply 8pm–8am every night.
Do you offer emergency service during Eid and Ramadan?

Yes. We actually run extra dispatch vans during Eid and Ramadan because that is when Dubai ACs break most. Normal targets hold on religious holidays.
What if I am not home when the tech arrives?

Dispatch calls you 10 minutes before arrival. If you cannot be home, we can coordinate with building security or a family member — flag this when booking.
Do you service Sharjah or Abu Dhabi?

No. We are Dubai-only by choice. Keeping the team local is how we hold our dispatch times.
Maintenance contracts
What is included in a maintenance contract?

Our Basic plan (AED 299/year) covers 2 units, 2 scheduled visits and a full 14-point inspection. Premium (AED 499) adds gas top-up and priority dispatch. Family (AED 799) covers 8 units and includes annual deep cleaning.
How can I book a contract?

How do I cancel a maintenance contract?

Any contract can be cancelled within 30 days of signup for a full refund. After 30 days, we prorate the remaining visits and refund the balance.
Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes. We work with building management companies, small offices and retail chains. Corporate accounts get a dedicated account manager and monthly invoicing.
Cleaning & efficiency
Can I book a scheduled cleaning without a contract?

Yes. One-off cleanings start at AED 449/unit (split) or AED 899 for central AC. No contract required. Discounts apply for 3+ units in the same visit.
Do you clean ducts?
+
Yes. Full duct cleaning is AED 599 per zone and includes vacuuming, anti-microbial fog and an air-quality test. Recommended after construction or renovation.
Why are my electricity bills going up even though my AC works?

Dirty coils force the compressor to work harder for the same cooling. A deep clean typically restores 15–25% of lost efficiency — noticeable on the next DEWA bill.
What is the difference between AC cleaning and maintenance?

Maintenance is an annual check-up: inspect, calibrate, top up if needed, replace filters. Cleaning is a deep strip-down wash of coils and ducts to remove accumulated dust. Ideally, do both.
Brands, scope & DIY
What brands do you service?

Every major AC brand sold in the UAE: Daikin, LG, Carrier, O-General, Midea, Gree, Samsung, York, Trane, Mitsubishi, Sharp and Hitachi. Our vans carry spares for all of these.
Can you handle central AC and chiller systems?

Yes. Our villa and commercial teams handle central AC, zoned systems, package units and small chillers. We do not service industrial chiller plants above 50 TR.
Can you install a new AC unit?

Yes, but installation is not our primary service. We install units supplied by the customer or sourced from our approved distributor list. We do not sell AC units directly.
How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?

If your unit is older than 10 years and the repair cost exceeds 50% of a new unit, we will tell you honestly. We do not upsell replacements — our business is repairs.
Why not just DIY my AC?
+
Handling refrigerant without a licence is illegal in the UAE, and capacitors store lethal charge even when unplugged. Please leave refrigerant and electrical work to a licensed technician.
Warranty & insurance
Do you offer a warranty?

Every repair carries a 90-day parts + labour warranty. If the same fault returns within 90 days, we return at no charge. Installations carry a 1-year workmanship warranty.
What happens if the fault comes back after repair?

Under our 90-day warranty we return for free and either re-repair or replace the part. If we cannot fix it on the second visit, we refund the original labour charge.
Are you insured?

Yes. We carry public liability insurance required for HVAC work in Dubai, with property-damage cover up to AED 500,000 per incident.

Do you service apartments in high-rise buildings?

Yes. We service apartments across Dubai Marina, JLT, Downtown and Business Bay towers. We coordinate with building security and management for access.
Do you service JVC central AC systems?

Do you service commercial kitchens?

Yes. Kitchen AC systems get grease-fouled and need specialised cleaning. Our commercial team handles restaurants, cafés and dark kitchens.
