Premium / Family timeline
Basic plan includes visits 1 & 2 only. Premium and Family run all four.
Visit 1 — pre-summer (Apr/May)
Deep coil clean, filter change, pressure check. The big one — gets your unit ready for 48 °C load.
Visit 2 — mid-summer (Jul/Aug)
Pressure re-check, drain flush, efficiency test. Catches anything drifting under heavy load.
Visit 3 — post-summer (Oct)
Cooling-down checks, duct inspection, and any remediation the mid-summer visit flagged.
Visit 4 — winter tune-up (Jan/Feb)
Calibration, thermostat check and minor repairs at off-peak rates.
